I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of these chairs. They are both visually appealing and comfortable, making them a perfect fit for my new kitchen. While I initially ordered the dark brown with leather seats, I ended up exchanging them for the black ones, which were a better match for my kitchen. The return process was hassle-free, although I did have to cover the shipping costs.

After contacting Designer Living, they have been very responsive and have made an exception to their warranty period by sending me 2 new stools to replace the ones with broken seat cushions. I will update my review once I receive the shipment, but I am much more satisfied with their customer service now. Unfortunately, after only 14 months of use, 2 out of 3 seat cushions have collapsed, even though none of us in the household are considered overweight.
