    I was pleasantly surprised by this electric blanket and felt compelled to write a review. It’s incredibly comfortable and offers 20 heat levels for customizable warmth. The digital display is easy to read and the heating coils are evenly distributed. The only downsides are the slightly confusing controls and the placement of the cord, but overall it’s a worthwhile investment.

    After almost a year, the controllers malfunctioned and I contacted the warranty number, but faced delays due to not registering the product, leading to two more calls. The second representative was unpleasant, but after registering, the issue was resolved by Customer Service to my satisfaction.
